QUOTE / RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

1. Complete and submit the request form
2. One of our consultants will process your request and reply with the requested information
3. Provisional reservations can only be held for a short time
4. Definite reservations will be invoiced and depending on the departure date a deposit or the full amount is payable
5. Once full payment has been received your booking is secured
6. A confirmation with detailed itinerary will be sent to you as proof of payment and reservation
