All rates and information contained on this Web-Site issubject to change and availability at the time of final booking and we reserve the right to increase any prices at any time without limitation in the case of increases in general and/or public tariffs, including fluctuation of foreign exchange rates. We further reserve the right to increase any prices due to unexpected price increases beyond our control forced on us by service providers and hotels used for this quotation.

Rovos Rail - Terms and Conditions for regular journeys

Rates
* All rates are per person sharing
* For single occupancy add 50% of the per person rate
* Single Supplement for Special Trips on Request
* Children rate on request
* Off train excursions cannot be guaranteed and will be undertaken only if time permits.
* Departure and arrival times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed

The rate per person includes:
* Three meals a day
* All alcoholic and other beverages
* Sightseeing excursions accompanied by a qualified tour guide
* Entrance fees to places of interest.
* 24 Hour full room service and bar facilities
* Government Tax

Children policy
Children are accommodated on Rovos Rail but parents are asked to be considerate of the sophisticated adult atmosphere Rovos Rail endeavours to maintain.

Children 0-2yr are accommodated free of charge
Children 2-10yr get a 25% discount

Due to the size of the suites, additional beds can not be provided, therefor not more than two persons per suite can be accommodated. Baby cots can be arranged.

Reservations / payments - Less than 10 passengers:
* A 25% Deposit at the time of booking and confirmation.
* The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellations:
* Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the tour price.
* Cancellations received between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of the deposit (25%)
* Cancellations received within 4 weeks of departure are subject to forfeiture of the entire tour price.
